No one ever looks at the Terms of Service, but regardless it is important to have one established, granted I could easily add some fine print for the typical visitor that never comes to this page and say that by using this website that your first-born child will be mine, but alas, I’m not such a person as this. The content of this site is for entertainment purposes. Contributions from anyone other than Nate Somsen is a rare, but are still welcomed. The content may be here one day, and gone the next. So is life.
Certain uses on the site require an account, fortunately I’m adding a login feature that will allow visitors to leave comments to particular contents and sift out those that won’t take the site seriously or adhere to the rules.
Abuse to the user’s account will result in the deletion of their account. Abuse would include crude, vulgar, or belittling comments. I do allow sarcasm as long as it is portrayed in an obvious manner.
When it comes to registering on NateSomsen.com, there is no reason to fear. NateSomsen.com will not sell your email to third party sources. Users’ passwords are safe. Administration at NateSomsen.com doesn’t even know individual passwords being as they are secured in a hash form. Granted if the user carelessly tells someone else their password, NateSomsen.com will not be held responsible for any illegal activities or deletion of account due to abuses of the account. It is the users responsibility to report any suspicions of unauthorized access.
